Will this unit get me all the channels for free if
I buy from you? |
No, we only sell the boxes unmodified. Many people install a decoder
kit inside to allow full viewing. We do not sell decoder kits and we dont
install them. |

Yes. We do not offer directions for this option. A video board can
be simply "plugged into the port inside unit" |

MEM 1 is a button on your remote you can use to control a device
connected to the MEM 1 pin inside the unit. |

MEM 2 is a bypass feature that allows you to bypass your video board

MEM 3 is a button on your remote you can use to control a device

2999 is the factory pre-set defaul lock out code. |
| What is the Master Reset Code? |
71269 is the Master Reset Code. |
| How do I use the Master Reset Code? |
Refere to your manual or... Press P-LOCK then 71269 then press MEM
then press F+. Procedure must be completed without pausing for more than
3 seconds. |

Resets ALL functions and features including parental lock out back
to the original factory default settings. |
| Can I program the unit to remember my fine tuned settings on each
channel? |
Yes, using the F+ or F- button fine tune each channel to your desire
then press MEM then press F+ to store. |
| Can I program the unit to remember to turn on a MEM feature such
as the MEM 2 bypass option? |
Yes, tune to the desired channel you want to set a MEM feature on,
press the MEM feature you want then press MEM then press F+ to store. Repeat
on all channels you want to memorize. |
| My LED display is showing a small "U" in the display. |
For some unknow reason the unit has been switched to antenna mode.
Unplug unit from power. Open the unit. Locate the small hole between the
power button and channel up/down button. Using a small flat tip screw driver
short circuit the gold plated circuit pad. You may have to do this with
the unit plugged in. This puts the unit back into CATV mode and the u will
disapear. |
